• Close your eyes & hold the bottle in your hands before rolling the oil onto pulse points or hands. Open your heart to the plants & be ready to receive.
• Roll on your palms and cup your hands near your nose and breathe in it’s essence. Deeply inhale the plant’s energy.
• Roll on your palms, rub them together and comb through the aura. Sweep around the body, a few centimetres above the skin or clothes.
• Roll on the pulse points (wrist, throat, neck, forehead, soles of feet). These are the most common meridian points.
• Use the rollerball directly onto a Chakra area.
• Allow your somatic connection to open by whispering words describing how you are feeling in your sacred  heart or  anywher in your body & emotional field.
