Bottle types and labels designs may change from the photos featured on the website.

Permission to reprint or digitally reproduce any page from Essences of Natures website, text, logos or graphics for any other purpose is restricted, unless prior consent has been given from Essence of Nature.

LOYALTY SCHEME

I reserve the right to amend or cancel the scheme at any time or change any facilities on the website or webshop. This includes the loyalty points scheme on the website shop.

  • Should any changes be made to the loyalty point scheme, I will give written notice of 1 month –  31 days – via social media and email if appropriate. This period of time complies with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
  • Prior terminating the point scheme it will be dated and a termination date schedualled.
  • Last date to earn points will be given.
  • There will be a clear “final redemption of points” date set and clearly communicated.

 

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with me. I take great pride in the quality of my products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read my refund and return policy below.

  1. Returns:

We accept returns only for products that meet the following conditions:

    • The item is unused and still sealed.
    • The tamper-evident seal remains intact.
    • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • Proof of purchase/receipt is available.

To request a return, please contact Essences of Nature via the contact form with your order number on the invoice and the product you wish to return. If your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return instructions.

  1. Refunds:

Once I receive and inspected the returned item, I will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the following items:

    • Opened or used products.
    • Items with damaged or broken tamper-evident taped seals.
    • Bach Flower Remedy Personal Blends.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact me immediately. I will arrange for a replacement or full refund, as appropriate. I will  require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item.

  1. Exchanges:

I do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

IF THE ITEM HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT I CANNOT TAKE LIABILITY FOR MISTAKES ON THE INVOICE OR INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR A NEW ITEM OR RESENDING ITEMS.

ITEMS ARE SENT IN GOOD FAITH THAT ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT. 

IF THE ADDRESS IS WRONG, ONCE IT IS IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM,  IT CANNOT BE RETREIVED. A NEW PURCHASE WILL HAVE TO BE MADE.

All orders will have post options at check out.

Every parcel is securely packaged and sent with tracking so you can follow your order’s journey. Delivery usually takes 2 – 3 working days once dispatched.

I currently deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands and offer International posting. However please check you countries customs for accepting these products.

All items are sent tracked post with a tracking number which is maintained on the invoice records should problems arise.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify me immediately via the contact form. Refunds can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the item according to my Returns Policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.

 

BESPOKE ESSENCES & OILS

Where possible, I can co-create together with you, your own personal blend of plant or flower essence when it is in season and the blooms are fresh and at their best.

Both processes take in account for my time, my research, oils, vibrational frequencies if added and knowledge gained from years of experience and study.

If time is above and beyond what is normal for my creation process, I reserve the right for prices to increase, as with any rare, expensive essential oils used.

 

WORKSHOPS

  • Standard Deposit: Is requested or full payment at the time of booking 
  • Balances Payment: Full payment is due two weeks before the workshop
  • Booking Policy: Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Participants are accountable for their own safety, health, behavior, and property during the event
Personal Responsibility:
1. Health, Safety and Well-being
  • Compliance: Participants must adhere to all health and safety policies of the venue and instructions given by the organiser.
  • Medical Fitness: Participants confirm they are in good health and able to participate. It is the participant’s responsibility to inform me of allergies or medical conditions.
  • Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that workshop activities may carry risks and accept these risks upon booking.
  • Safety PPE:  If Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is offered, it is the participant’s responsibility to wear it.
2. Behaviour and Conduct
  • Respectful Conduct: Attendees must behave respectfully and not cause nuisance, harm, or distress to others. Disruptive, distrespectful behaviour can result in removal without a refund.
  • Active Engagement: Participants are expected to engage safely and actively.
3. Property and Equipment
  • Personal Belongings: I do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings (e.g., cameras, tools) brought to the workshop.
  • Damage to Venue: Participants are liable for any damage they cause to the venue or its equipment.
  • Equipment Use: Tools must not be used without prior instruction or authorisation. 

4. Booking and Attendance

  • Non-Transferability: Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Non-refundable Deposit: Bookings are non-refundable. I, as the organiser, have the rigtht to use discretion only in certain circumstances.
  • Attendance: Participants are responsible for arriving on time and be back in the classroom on time. The workshop will continue regardless lateness.

 

At Essences of Nature all my creations are all 100% natural. Creations take between 1-6 months to grow & thorough research into the magical herbs and plants have taken place. Made with integrity, love, care, sacred ritual & alchemy. They are created from infused flowers, fruits, herbs, berries, spices, crystals, resins – all having specific meanings & healing properties. Hydrosols are distillates made by hydro/steam in my still. Healing Oils are blended from therapeutic grade essential oils. All help healing, personal & spiritual growth. I work with lunar cycles to ensure maximum energies are imprinted. All guided by the Devic/Fae/Angelic realms, the celestials & Cosmic Light Beings. All from the highest light & vibration. Each essence is sealed by symbols & alchemic symbols for protection.
