TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THERAPIES

1. Essences of Nature is by appointment only.

2. Time keeping:

Please be punctual for our healing session. I work by appointment only. The appointment slot is allocated in the diary and has been booked at your request exclusively:

• I do not double book appointments.
• I also apply a free appointment day before reminder – by text or phone.
• Please phone me if you are running late. I understand that from time to time unforeseen    circumstances may arise.

HOWEVER … Clients arriving to the video call more than 15 minutes late for their arranged appointment will be considered a missed appointment and will have to re-book.

It is at my discretion as owner and healer at Essences of Nature if you will have to incur FULL PAYMENT AGAIN.

3. Prices:

1. You agree to the price on booking and via the website shop.
2. Prices are set according to the therapy and length of time.
3. As with all inflation, prices do change and increase from time to time .

4. Appointments:

1. All bookings are done via the website shop. Once purchased I will contact you to arrange your appointment time.
2. Cancellation: If you cannot keep your appointment please provide 24 hours’ notice.  Last minute cancellations may result in FULL PAYMENT AGAIN.
3. No show/missed appointments – I will not offer a refund.
4. All clients are required to complete and sign the declaration form prior to their appointment. All your data is confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
5. Essences of Nature reserve the right to refuse a treatment.
6. Disclosed information regarding any physical and/or medical conditions. All will be held in strictest confidence. Failure to disclose this information may result in refusal of further services.
7. Healing appointments are payable via the website only.

PRIVACY POLICY:

1. As a client of Essences of Nature it is necessary for me to hold some information about you such as your contact details and details about any medical conditions. These details enable us to contact you in the event of an emergency and provide us with valuable details about your history and requirements.
2. Essences of Nature will never share any of your details with anyone else without your prior consent.
3. Essences of Nature will never contact you without your prior consent unless it is regarding an appointment time or booking an appointment.
4. All personal data held by Essences of Nature is stored securely in a file and locked away each day and/or kept safely on a password protected phone.
5. As a client of Essences of Nature your information will be stored for one year after you last contacted us and then it will be safely deleted.
6. As a client of Essences of Nature, you can request to see the personal information I hold on you at any time.

All clients are required to complete and sign the GDPR Declaration form. All your data is confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

Please inform me of any changes in your health or your personal details at the time of a repeat appointment to allow Essences of Nature to continue to provide a service tailored to your needs.

THERAPY FEEDBACK: 

You will be given detailed feedback after every treatment. If you have any queries or need further clarification, please just ask or contact me at a later stage.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your therapy please let me know before you leave.

If there are any changes to your requirements, they will be noted on the record sheets for the next appointment. I am more than happy to disclose any details of your therapy or advise you about how best to maintain selfcare.

At Essences of Nature all my creations are all 100% natural. Creations take between 1-6 months to grow & thorough research into the magical herbs and plants have taken place. Made with integrity, love, care, sacred ritual & alchemy. They are created from infused flowers, fruits, herbs, berries, spices, crystals, resins – all having specific meanings & healing properties. Hydrosols are distillates made by hydro/steam in my still. Healing Oils are blended from therapeutic grade essential oils. All help healing, personal & spiritual growth. I work with lunar cycles to ensure maximum energies are imprinted. All guided by the Devic/Fae/Angelic realms, the celestials & Cosmic Light Beings. All from the highest light & vibration. Each essence is sealed by symbols & alchemic symbols for protection.
